They took another x-ray and the pulmonologist doesn't think he needs
another bronchoscopy & suctioning today. Oxygen saturation is good
with the O2 percentage down to 45%, and his heart rate is still stable.
They've switched off the chest tube suction, and they're going to try
to take one of his chest tubes out tomorrow if improvement continues.
The ICU doc is currently putting in a central line for all of his
fluids and antibiotics, and the feeding tube is in successfully this
time and they should start it up this afternoon.
So far it's all good news today, so let's hope things continue this
way.
