Well it seems harder and harder to get answers... We are still waiting on the chest tube to be taken out then he should be released. They are going to turn the chest tube on water seal tonight and take an x ray in the morning. If everything goes well then they will have to clamp the tube for 24 hours before they remove. They dont want to take the tube out until the drainage is minimized. They don't want to send him home then have complications later because of the extra liquid in his lung.

He's trying to be patient but frustration is starting to settle in. He has a room by himself now! New room number is 533.
